What a victory for Sheffield Wednesday

My Guardian Angel leading the two-year-olds

It’s another beautiful day, with the sun shining and just the odd fluffy cloud in the sky. If the weather forecast is to be believed, it is set to stay this way for the rest of the day with the rain not coming until later this evening.  All the horses have been out to exercise, with My Guardian Angel leading the two-year-olds, showing them the ropes as to how it should be done.  All has gone off without a hitch.

As you know the Guvnor supports Sheffield Wednesday, and it’s been plain for all to see, that they have been struggling of late in the Championship.  So you can imagine his delight when looking at the results on Saturday, he saw that in their match against Leeds, they won by 6 goals to nil. This victory lifts them slightly above the relegation zone. This has to be good news, but there is still some time to go and plenty of games to play.  But, with a good win under their belts and the new caretaker manager in place, let’s hope things stay positive.
